Halflings, as the name suggest, are human looking people who are half the size. Though, appearance is where the similarities end. As an inhuman race, halflings are unable to reproduce outside their own race, though it isn't uncommon for halflings to still forge loving relationships with them.
Halflings are incredibly outgoing, people often worry for halfling who doesn't show to an event they were invited to. Their outgoing nature stems from their short attention spans. This makes it difficult to keep halflings focused on mundane matters, though you can be sure halflings won't hold grudges. More often than not, you see other races getting upset on a halfling's behalf.
