Searinox

 Searinox is an ancient red dragon, massive in size, strength, and greed. He rules his kingdom with a form of organized anarchy, the only law being that you give a sizeable portion of your profits to him. This kind of "government" has attracted organized crime, desperate scientists, and mad wizards who can't make a home anywhere else. All of this has made Searinox the richest dragon in the world, but despite that it will never be enough for this dragonlord's unending greed. He has a personal distaste for necromancy since Tenris Mirkblood assaulted his kingdom with an army of undead, but even still he can be paid to look the other way if a necromancer has the coin to do so.
