Abzigal

 Abzigal, the ancient blue Dragonlord, is unlike other dragons, he does not care about ruling over land or hoarding vast amounts of gold, he only cares about knowledge and personal power. He lives in, and rules over, a massive library containing thousands of scrolls and books from all over the world and covering every subject imaginable. His knowledge on any topic is unparalleled, his power over magic is unmatched, and his desire to know more is unsatisfied. He has no standing army, instead relying on magical servitors to organize his vast shelves of books, and keep the peace for any visitors. While he doesn't hoard gold like his fellow Dragonlords he does charge admission to enter his library and absolutely no one is allowed to check anything out.
