The Silver City?
No clue since that session is missing! This session has a LOT of notes, and I am not sure if they are actually more than 1 session. I can't imagine how we managed to get all this shit done in a single session.
Isaac being shady A.F
Isaac lead off into an alleyway, lies to a person from the Cult? Revealed to be a person from a one shot. Once they leave, they attempt to attack her. They pursue her onto the rooftops, killing her with a blow to the back. They then completely fail to get down from the rooves, taking a load of damage on the way down. We wrangle this info out of them, and Elissa climbs the roof to loot the body.

Yalana calls some legionnaires, some silver booted men appearing. They are marchers, one rank below Yalana is.
Maddox asks for Yalana’s rank, since she does not carry any rank insignia. She replies that she is a ‘Battle Gauntlet’. The Marchers give her a respectful nod at this. A bow which the cultist used despite having no string is suddenly missing, but the arrows are still there.
Isaac tries to gloss over what happened, not revealing much of what happened. The legionnaires ask for proof that she is a cultist and not just an innocent civilian, and Northas confirms that she is. We all try go having a rest, this being at Maddox’s apartment which she shares with her brother.
Maddox’s apartment
Maddox’s brother has left a cup of tea out, this being cold. Isaac takes a bath and then we re-gather in the living room.
Isaac confesses that they were an agent of the Order of the Reaper up until today, [IC, it has been 3 weeks since Isaac joined the W.A.R.D.S.] having been sent to infiltrate the W.A.R.D.S. He met up with Eveline and since he now feels loyal to the W.A.R.D.S they decided to betray Eveline, and by extension, Farrandrang. They also mention that they told Eveline that Yalana has the sword, this not being the truth since Sai took that when he left. Elissa introduces everyone by the worst traits possible, referring to Khohros as a cannibal. Khohros leaves. Yalana comes after him.

Khohros says he wants a walk to think for himself, and that he will be back later. Yalana returns, simply wanting to give him space.
The Big Isaac Confession.
Isaac decides to keep feeding Farrandrang bad info, and Elissa keeps talking about W.A.R.D.S and also Northas. It is concluded that they should not discuss proper future strategy while the ‘responsible people’ are not in the room. Maddox says she understands the usefulness of keeping Isaac and Northas, but is this necessary?
Nerull, Foe of All Good. Venna got some of his tricks from Nerull, and Orcus is Nerull’s son. He is a god of undead and all that is unholy, and really loves murder.
Elissa and Isaac debate whether to reveal all they know to Maddox, deciding to do so. They talk about the Last Resort, which is a speaking evil sword. (The bringer of darkness). They also reveal that the plan of the Reapers is that they are looking to resurrect a god named Nerull. Northas is clearly shocked at Isaac speaking his name out loud and so is Maddox, suddenly seeming to be connecting the dots in her head. She asks Isaac and Northas on what they know about The Foe of All Good. Northas recounts that he likes murder, hates the Raven Queen, has lost a few realms, and is not dead, despite the Raven Queen having attempted to do so. Maddox asks about where the sword is, and they mention that it is with Sai.
Maddox realizes that the name that they mentioned for the sword, the Bringer of Darkness, is another name for the Foe of All Good. This means that the sword is not only a key to resurrecting Nerull. Nerull is inside the sword. They immediately send a message to Sai, trying to make sure he and the sword are ok. Sai confirms, but also wonders why they are asking about the sword. Once they tell him that the God is inside the sword, Sai reveals that this entire time the sword has been in the bag of holding, since he thought if the W.A.R.D.S didn’t know they had the sword, they could not accidentally reveal this info to anyone. Yalana freaks out, Elissa tries to read Yalana’s thoughts. Yalana asks for a word with Elissa in private. They leave and Maddox stealths after them, casting comprehend language to make sure she understands their Gnomish. They debate who to tell, including Uriar (the king?) and also like. Straight up the Gods.
The Next Morning, and Siegfried being mortified.
Maddox is having a debate with her brother in the kitchen in the morning, him severely doubting her ability to survive in the wild. Suddenly, Emelie appears! She cheerfully asks Maddox is ‘the sister’. Maddox’s brother turns very red.
Áinfean She is a dusky blue Water-genasi, with freckles. She is generally dressed in grey drape-y fabrics, and her hair is green and long, so dark it looks black. She seems very confident, and she has currently only bothered to dress in a sheet from the bed. She introduces herself as Áinfean. [AY-neun?]
Maddox uses this newfound knowledge to blackmail her brother into letting her go, and she says he will come with. Khohros, who slept in the bath, emerges accepting a cup of tea from the flustered brother. We get introduced to Maddox’s brother, Siegfried. Yalana is nowhere to be seen, and Elissa wakes Northas up. Some head out to speak with the higher ups of the city, and Isaac goes to buy a new jacket since his last one was ruined.
To the keep, and onwards!
In the keep we summon 3 Oathmasters and a Silver Crown, ready to tell them the big news they’ve found out.
Isaac lets them know about his earlier betrayal, awkwardly trying to explain everything. They break the news to Uriar, who in response, also breaks. Uriar wants to get the sword out of this plane of existence. Isaac asks if they’d be able to retrieve Sai and Fang. The tall human Oathmaster named Stroth, with face scripture tattoos is asked by Uriar to take the sword. Frostbite, Canthar, is also addressed by Uriar. He is told to help the W.A.R.D.S out, supplying them with anything they need. Venquin is asked to send a small troop to the mountains and the Deep Woods, acting as a decoy. This since Isaac had told Farrandrang that the W.A.R.D.S were going to go there.
Stroth takes the bag of holding, Yalana having emptied any important stuff into her own bags. We decide to teleport to our destination, since an airship would be too eye-catching. Khohros sends a bird for the Protectorate, sending them the following message;
“Forget the tradition, the land is coming undone from within itself. To save us all, send troops to the Silver City.”
Time to teleport!
The Library of Shordon
Here we appear, with a horse. The librarian seems shocked, asking for ID. Once that’s done, we consider how we might want to buy horses, or we could rent carriages. Once we get to the Lake Aurora, we will go underground, the entrance to a great cave system underwater in the lake. We want to be ready to spend at least a couple of days underground. Siegfried and Sal are the ones who will drive the carriages, since Khohros or Yalana would be too eye-catching.
Maddox takes the time to learn a new spell, Khohros reads the Shape of Water by Minos the Bull. Northas asks about the strategies for when we arrive to the Lake.
