One of Elissa's many many cousins (and cousin-adjacent people... No one really kept track of who was actually related to who) but also her closest confidante and friend (and often occasionally her common sense) due to being the closest to her in age. He often kept her out of trouble and even though he complained a lot he loved her and the time they spent together.
He had light brown skin with freckles and black shoulder length hair but his features made Elissa compare Sai to him when they first met.
