Keegan Velryn, from Targos has lost his husband, Garret. A few days ago, Garret was hired to take four adventurers to Caer-Konig (to gear up at a shop called Frozenfar Expeditions) and then lead them up the mountain with six sled dogs to kill a shapeshifting Goliath / Polar bear. Garret's favourite dog, Boy, has returned distressed without his master.
Keegan knows the the owner of the Luskan Arms and can get the party free rooms if they can help.
Jarthra mentions a base camp that the party can start at on their search.
The party manage to find Garret, but all of the party with him are dead apart from Perilou Fishfinger, the halfling.
Keegan gives the party a wooden box containing 4 scrimshaw figurines to thank them (whale, fox, walrus, dancing hares)
