Andrew Chambers came to Wickenburg as a refugee from the Wastelands in California. He networked with the Knights of Accord to shut down and move people and resources from the KOA facilities to keep them from falling into the hands of the Wastelanders. It is rumored that he had known and worked with Mandy Robertson, and that the two were romantically involved prior to her death. Andrew did not return to the Wastelands after bearing her home for burial. He instead stayed in Wickenburg, later opening and running the Mecca Cantina.
