She was not a happy vampire when The Becoming woke her from torpor, and she emerged into a world gone mad. But Brenna found her niche, fostering and caring for the lost and abandoned creatures that death and war had left behind. And it didn't take long before her friends and colleagues in the Knights of Accord raised her to a position of authority at the Flagstaff KOA sanctuary. Her true age is unknown, but rumored to have been embraced during the European Renaissance. She is rarely seen without one or more of her "pets," creatures kept loyal through training and affection rather than through blood and power.
