Myst has no idea who she was or where she came from before escaping The Fae and emerging from the Hedge on the north rim of the Grand Canyon in 2018. She was found by a group of Havasupai activists, fellow Changelings and their allies protecting the path for the Lost. They helped give her a new identity, a new purpose, and a job as a Grand Canyon park ranger.
When the park went on lockdown for COV, Myst and her companions helped smuggle supernaturals out of the area to avoid the quarantine and testing required to leave in those first few months. When The Becoming stripped away the glamour of her human face, Myst relocated to the Williams KOA and was mentored by the Changeling counselor as his eventual replacement. But a few years later, she was needed instead at the Flagstaff KOA, and has thrived as a young leader in her new community.
