Newly set up bookstore, was Originally a very nice old lady named Jude's home. After she past it fell to her daughter, an acanthus who couldn't stand to be near the place for whatever reason. Donating it to the local Athenaeum. It sat for a few years, unused, collecting dust. That is until a strange mage from across the sea was assigned to Willowbrook. The Athenaeum gave him the two story building to relocate his bookstore.

The construction was honestly rather pricy. A bit too pricy as it was done in the bare minimum. The bottom floor, where the dining room, guest bedroom, living room, and kitchen resided now has the bookstore known as the Alibi. The guest bedroom is still there, but was converted into the mystery and mythology section. And the kitchen along the back near the stairs was converted into a more private library where Fey can study all sorts of mystical creatures and races as well as their habits and diets. The wall between the dining and living room was taken down and now stands a few racks of books so it at least resembles a bookstore in a few places. Cameras were set up in the old guest bedroom, not the fancy ones. The ones you plug into the wall.

The top floor was converted fairly well, into a flat or apartment as the american's here say it. Complete with a washer and dryer. While not the most modern appliances, they work... generally. Atop the stairs there are 4 different doors, the one behind where the stairs open is his bedroom, where a small window out to the side can be seen, thefurniture seem a bit scratched up from the black cat sleeping on the bed.. Though generally the blackout curtains are almost always closed. This connects to a shared bathroom. The door next to it is a "guest bedroom" which is mainly being used as his "magic workshop" as he was raised to always have a place to work your magics nearby. The closest to the stairs entrance is a small laundry room with a rolling laundry basket. It's almost full. The other room is a makeshift living room/game room. This room has a rather large window which shows the street and the outside rather nicely. As well as a kitchen along one wall with an island. A cat bowls can be seen beside it as well as one of those gravity water refill bowls.
