Not remembering much of his childhood Firas spent most of his childhood as a street urchin. Scrounging to survive either by begging or at worth stealing where he could, this would lead to his imprisonment at the young age of 16. Fortunately for the young man he was born with a large build, bigger and stronger than most others his age, with a reputation to get into fights and always coming out victorious. This would not go unnoticed as after only a few months in prison he was bought by a wealthy man to fight in the gladiator ring.
Most of his memories are tied to his time in the arena. Where he learned to battle with a proper weapon, being infatuated by the Khopesh for no one else used the weapon. The time was harsh and unforgiving leaving him with many scars, and not all of them physical, but he was able to make a name for himself as "The Pursuer" for his unrelenting offense and his speed when approaching his opponent.
Years into his time in the arena the pathfinder society caught wind of his exploits and arranged for his freedom in order to work under the organization. Now owing the society a great debt for his freedom he vows to further the pathfinder society's goals as best he can.
