CHANGES TO REWARDS

Paizo's default rewards are too slow for our style of play, and the entire rules system around boons, reputation, and such have too much overhead for our group. In lieu of this, we're providing the following changes to rewards:
- Content that provides 1 XP now provides 8 XP
- Content that provides 4 XP now provides 12 XP
- Gold is provided at a 3x of the final reward
- Downtime is awarded. 1 XP content provides 8 days, 4 XP content provides 14 Days.
- We are not logging Faction Rewards, as our 'Uncommon' access and Ancestral unlocks handle most of these small benefits
