He apparently had a long term relationship with Tony Viscounti during highschool. David was the cool senior, and Tony was the young freshman. They dated throughout Tony's time in high school, but broke up when Tony went into the Navy.
Since then, David has been known to be a party animal and it is strongly hinted that he has a cocaine addiction, and that he rarely brings home the same person twice.
