Was the star basketball player of the Brindlewood Bay HS team. It is kind of assumed that he got his position as a deputy for leading the the BBHS Whalers to the regional finals.
For the most part he is happy, unassuming, and kind. However, when the need arises, the cop switch gets flipped and he becomes all business.
