A large base controlled by Gungan/Naboo Bandits. After the recent death of Queen Amidala there was political chaos both the Gungans and the Naboo people are suffering through a period of great instability. These Gungans and Naboo have broken away making a living of their own beyond the law. Containing both races but answering to the traditional authorities of neither.
