17 is a Queen Vespidan who is the apprentice of *Bang*. She was taken in by the Kenku after a hired attack on her hive by *Bang*'s mercenary group.
She was originally a Worker Vespidan that mysteriously turned into a Queen Vespidan on one of her scouting missions with *Bang*. The current theory of her transformation is that her Queen had passed and her hive is in chaos searching for a new Queen.
She doesn't give a fuck though. Chilling with *Bang* is nice.
