Sani, the goddess of courage and retribution, revered by those who face danger to bring about change. Those who worship Sani believe that one's salvation can be found through service, that every failure to perform one's duty diminishes Sani, and that every success adds to her luster.
Those who take Sani to heart must strive to fulfill her commandment to go out into the world and be an active force for change. Sani cares not for whether your change is good nor evil; merely that you have the action to make your goals a reality.
Worshipers of Sani come from most walks of life, for she welcomes any who seek the best in themselves and others, who uphold her tenets of loyalty, courage, and activism. Who are willing to sacrifice to keep indolence from gaining ascendancy in the world.
The faithful know that all of them will stumble from time to time while following in Sani's footsteps, but Sani's priests teach that the shame of a minor fall from grace is far less severe than declining to rise oneself up to Sani's standards.
She is particularly honored by female warriors, such as the Valkyrie and the Honoraries, as her presence in the Adamantis court showcase that a woman's potential is just as great if not greater than a man's.
Depiction
Sani commonly takes the form of a warrior, specifically a Valkyrie. She dons the armor of her kin, and is often seen alongside her dragon companion, Grom, whom which she raised from an egg after discovering him on the battlefield.
Despite her mortal upbringing, Sani was never born a member of humanity. Instead, she was raised by her father, an unnamed Awakened who gave consciousness form during the Advent of Beliefs. It was there she met her faithful companion, Grom, and fought in the Advent War.

Enemies
As a member of the Adamantian court's Betrayer faction, Sani's enemies reside as members of the Oath faction. A group of Arisen who specialize in uncivilized pursuits such as blindingly pursuing justice and the destruction of free will. Their tenets, however, are not based on their actions, but rather the belief that all Arisen should follow sensible laws, as a part of the mandates set by Primus.
It is also no surprise Sani holds many enemies within the Feud, as her call-to-actions and reprimands of the organization have earned her no lackluster share of ire.
In addition, Sani shares a particularly unhealthy relationship with Mistel, as their ideals regarding far are inherently incompatible, and often results shouts across the Hall of Arisen.
Commandments of Sani:
- In yourself and in others, fear is inevitable. But to overcome it is true bravery. As such, hold your allies close, and never seek to betray them.
- Never let yourself be trodden on—an indomitable spirit cannot be broken by steel nor flame.
- Inaction is greater downfall than failure. Never allow yourself to be halted by indolence.
