"I can’t deny it! I love humanity! I mean- they have no meaning, and that is really the most wonderful thing. They start wars and find love to force some meaning into the nothing of their existence and it's beautiful.”
- Bell, Lord of Nothing

It is a mystery why Bell became an Arisen. No one had heard of him in life, no one is sure if he was born mortal or from some strange anomaly within the multiverse. Wherever it is he comes from, he is undeniably a presence within the court. He loves humanity and though he has no domain, that seems to give him a mysterious power that has never been fully tested. Some of the older Arisen seem to avoid him, they ignore his existence and he is rather content with that. Bell will only stand if no one will stand for the chosen hero- he can give everything to the one who has nothing.
Bell is rarely seen at Adamantis and only appears during a ceremony. For the few that he has chosen, he is often communicative and seems to be an easy talker, willing to give hints and tips and guide people in the right direction. He never answers questions about himself and will avoid any attempt to dig into his existence. He is not worshipped anywhere and is very rarely known by name, despite his love for humanity.
The objective idea of nothing is that it can be what is needed. Bell himself is not confident on why he exists, he only knows that he has an undeniable obsession with humanity. While he makes friends with them, he will let himself be forgotten by them when they no longer need him. He is the Arisen who exists not for the sake of humanities servitude, but to serve humanity.
Depiction
Bell is a handsome man with sharp blue eyes that look like the sky in the summer. His hair is the color of freshly fallen snow, along with his eye lashes which only seems to accent those eyes further. He wears plain clothing, black turtleneck and black jeans with high top boots. Bell always seems to walk as if he is listening to music in his head and keeps his hands mostly in his pockets.
Any who see Bell who do not have divinity and are not one of his followers instantly forget his face on a failed DC 30 Wisdom save. He is sometimes seen at childbirths and funerals though he is never noted there and any questions about him towards Arisen are brushed aside as a waste of time.

Enemies
Bell is never around when Anasi is around. (They represent other aspects of nothing and around them his existence can be questioned, so he avoids them at all costs.) He has a firm distaste for any court that is not Oath and will aid his followers in proving themselves despite their downfalls.
Commandments of Bell:
- Be yourself, in the end that’s all you have.
Use me until you no longer require nothing, but have something to give instead, then release me.
