Short on firepower or looking for someone to carry your luggage? Consider a hireling!
Hirelings are their own 'class' and don't have any special skills to speak of.
Attributes
Each hireling has the following stats:
- Fee per mission: A composite of their other stats. You get what you pay for.
- STR: Used in combat
- DEX: Used in combat
- Attack Damage: Used in combat
- HP: Based on their hitdie
- Morale Dice: Used when asking them to do things against their best interest.
In The Field
Hirelings will follow you, and do as you do. In combat, they generally attack the same target as the person who hired them. If you manage to hit, your success inspires them and causes them to hit as well. If you miss, they make a separate Test for success.
