Started by Carlo some years ago, is currently owned and run by a grandparent like elderly Kobold who uses they/them pronouns. All the display cases and cabinets are designed with their accessibility in mind so lots of walking shelves around the entire shop and pulleys/levers to make viewing items much easier.
Possibly extremely well lit via a glass dome ceiling and various magical lights for darker weather times.
