Created by Myrto the Magnificent, this settlement was once a small, exclusive town on the coast, home to many ‘holiday residences’ of the rich and famous of Thylea’s settler races. It fell to ruin not long after Myrto’s death however when, without the ‘leader’ of the Dragonlords living there and bank-rolling the infrastructure, things started to go downhill.
After hundreds of years it is now the ‘capital’ of crime; a hub for pirates, gangs and criminals that operates outside of the rules that govern most settler cities and towns in Thylea.
