A crown created by the original Dragonlords. It gives spellcasters knowledge of how to cast spells that bond and resurrect Dragons, while giving non-spellcasters just the ability to bond Dragons.
Calliope and Hippofilius were each given a crown by Xander Huorath to aid them in creating a new Dragonlord order.
