Vitalis, or ‘The Wisest Man in Mytros as he is more commonly known, is a halfling beggar who resides in the Great Gardens. He is rude and generally unpleasant; but it is said that if you give him some food and wine he can give truly useful, if not a little cryptic, advice and answers to your problems.
