Fryxon is the bard at the Satyr’s Tail in Stygian Row.
He loves chaos and causing trouble; something the Oracle's Chosen fell afoul of when trying to investigate the Cult of the Snake.
Despite this, he is fairly friendly; and was more than happy to accommodate "Calliope" when she was pretending to be an apprentice bard.
