Heleka was a hag sent by Sydon to capture Versi. She was bound by an Oath of Service to the Titan, which would have been fulfilled on her return with the Oracle in tow.
Heleka died at the hands of the Oracle's Chosen who turned up in time to save Versi, but not before a number of the temple attendants were killed by her and the Order of Sydon.
She seemed to be exceedingly cruel; needlessly torturing the staff rather than just leaving with the Oracle once she was captured.
