Hanh Drakos is an elite athlete and warrior from Aresia. He is a jack-of-all-trades with no real speciality and fares well at most events, though he favours disciplines that allow him to use his dexterity and strategy over ones that require brute strength alone.
There are a number of rumours that, in recent years, he has been winning through less-than-legitimate means, with his main competition withdrawing from events suddenly, getting into accidents, or not turning up at all.
No one has ever been able to prove he had anything to do with the misfortunes of his competitors, however, and he continues to compete. It has earned him the epithet 'Unhappy Coincidence' among his peers, and it is oft said among athletes that it is bad luck to compete in too many events against him.
Fans and spectators love him though: he is charismatic, if not a little arrogant, and you can always bet something interesting or dramatic is going to happen to someone if Hanh's name is in the line-up.
