The Island of Exiles is a lawless place of extreme violence, poverty and immorality.
It is 'home' to the Messias, a band of small ships that brought the exiles here, some of which were large enough to be turned into fighting vessels. The group are now little more than pirates, seizing goods to keep the Island of Exiles from living in squalor.
