A favourite of Queen Vallus; it is rumoured that the drink was created for her as a hangover cure and the name chosen by the Goddess herself as a perhaps less-than-playful jab at her brother's character.

The Recipe

Place the ice in a jug. Measure the vodka, tomato juice and lemon juice and pour it straight onto the ice.

Add a couple shakes of Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco (or to taste) and a pinch of celery salt and pepper. Stir until the outside of the jug feels cold, then strain the cocktail into a tall glass.

Top up with fresh ice, add a celery stick and lemon slice and enjoy.
