A deal with Lutheria! He made a deal with Lutheria!!! One of the heroes of old, a brave and valiant dragonlord made a deal with Lutheria! And for what… so he could reach immortality! Through a ritual in which he single handedly killed all of his crew. I would never swear an oath to him to to his bloody ship. How wrong can the stories be? He is nothing more than an egotistical tyrant who deserves this undead immortality. He should have known better, Lutheria rarely honors the spirit of an agreement. Selfish bastard!

On that… Xan proudly proclaimed herself an Arkelander. I’m sure I haven’t dreamt it, she was next to me as she shouted it. Isn’t that interesting... No wonder she was so keen to come and claim the boat, she must feel she has a connection with it. Though whether she’s a descendant of this madman and his great grandson Acastus or of Telamok is still a bit beyond me. What are you hiding Xan? And why do you feel you have to hide it from people you’re tied to by an oath?

But we have claimed the Ultros. Though the Antikythera seems to be missing. The fight was bloody. On the shore, undead reanimated by Lutherian madness and greed came for us, whilst the ship itself offered a strangely different challenge. Every surface covered in blood and no soul anywhere. But then the diary of the madman, explaining his deal and fall. And like magic, we were on a trip to Mytros… whatever that means. It proved to be a dream in which the vile spirit of Estor asked us to take out his rebellious crew.

I don’t understand what’s happening, I tried to not fight, but then the spectre ripped off his face and I felt like I had aged a couple of decades and the fear overtook me. Then Calliope pointed out that the remains of the spectre just fed Estor. We were in his trap. And he is no easy fight. We managed to defeat him, though most of us have fallen at some point. Helikaon looked so ashen I thought he was dead. But he could not be, there he is, eyes open with Calliope fussing over him. I don’t know what we would have done without her in this fight, her inspiration kept so many of us going, when by all accounts we should have given up.

Hippofilius is at my feet, unconscious. And I don’t know what to do, my magic doesn’t help with these things, so I try to bandage him, to look through his bags in case there is a potion somewhere, a salve or some of the leaves he’s taught me about that may help. There’s very little, some herbs that may help so I add them to a potion vial and then try to bring together all the knowledge I have of these plants and observing the others heal, of how Volkan brought together different elements to create a magic object, of the runes needed to enchant that. Nothing happens, but thankfully Calliope comes to his aid once again. I need to try harder... I must be able to do this!
