The Timeline of Udur

A time when only the Titans walked the Land of Udur. This period is where the Titans began their stewardship and the First Races were made. It ended with the birth of the Dragons. 

The world is shaken by the battle between the Titans and the Dragons, during this era is when the Dragons spawned the Second races. As the war raged the world was split in two. Once the battle was over the Titans were victorious and the integration of the First and Second Races began, though prejudice was a hallmark of this time. 

The first proto-kingdoms sprouted up during this era. They were small and feudal in nature. There was a lot of warring between nations between this era, though there was little interaction with the people from the Titans or the Dragons.

The Kreneh Era was the first appearance of the Dragons. The Dragons brought much destruction upon the world, but the Titans reappearance ushered the first Giants to walk the world and defeat the dragons. This era was named after the leader of that group of Giants Kreneh.  

A cycle of the Dragons and heroic Giants fighting each other is the hallmark of this era. The people came to almost rely on this cycle and it has been integrated that this is how things must be. When Dragons rule the world is dark and dangerous, but under the Titans and Giants there is peace and prosperity. 

Tharsos was the leader of the group of Giants that, as like their ancestors, stood against and defeated the Dragons. This era was marked as being one where the cyclical nature challenged and brought about a change that resinated through the following eras until it brought the world to an end. While other Giant were raised and Dragons fought a new threat was everpresent and the risk of its resurface put the world under a new threat. 

The new threat of a Titan being turned to evil loomed across the world. Each cycle of Dragons brought an increased fear in the people of Udur. Plans were created to counter this threat and the faith of the people began to wain. 

The increasing threat of the Dragons marked a point where the Titans and Giants agreed to a plan that ended up bringing about the destruction of the Dragons, themselves, and the world. The Titans and Giants used their magic to create the Great Miasma. A toxic threat meant only to destroy the Dragons and their followers the Wyverns, but it went awry and everything feel in its wake. Only by the sacrifice of the final Titan and all but one Giant did a small patch of land survive this threat. This land would become known as Mene.
