- Small magical dome with a radius of roughly 30 feet. There are no houses or buildings inside the dome except for the Fountain and a handful of platforms for portals, several of which are active.
- Inside the dome is heated, providing comfortable living quarters compared to the freezing temperatures outside. It also provides shelter from the weather, such as highstorms.
- It also provides some proections from hostile creatures, such as the Kobold, preventing them form entering. However it doesnt prevent Voidbringers from entering the dome.
- The dome is powered via the Fountain and all of it's protections and portals only stay as long as it remains powered. The dome can be expanded to be much larger, enveloping some of the ruined buildings around it. However doing so would dramatically increase it's power consumption and some protections, such as protection from Kobolds, would be deactivated.
