Well Alvyn... I didn't take you for such a great note keeper. I read through your notes up pasted on the fountain.... We really should find some wood to post things on. Thing's don't really stick to the super crazy fountain all that well. You do spent a lot and I mean a lot of time sleeping.... Lightning tiger's interesting. Is this the same group of tiger's that the western kobolds are interested in having eliminated? I feel like that roc is one day going to be the end of one of us if we keep adventuring towards its lair. We should have asked the kobold what it's deal was while he was here.
Phasing through walls that's not a normal tiger ability that is going to be an interesting fight if it ever leads to one. Maybe we should consider taking them out one by one if that is the plan we move towards.

I should right a bit more often, but believe it or not I haven't had too much of a piece of mind around here...
Well this last excursion towards the west side of the dome was really interesting, the kobolds here aren't the only creatures who seem a lot more advanced than the creatures back home. I couldn't wrap my mind around how Saber tooth tigers the size of small buildings are able to conduct electricity... but they can. Surviving here isn't going to be easy, hunting creatures here is going to be even harder. The female tiger had the power to phase through walls, almost as if she was a ghost, the father was able to strike creatures within his range with lightning... and the child tiger... the child.... I'm not even sure what he's capable of but I wouldn't be surprised if he can shoot rays out of his eyes. Oh and their cave, when you step into their cave you get hit with lightening which makes you susceptible to lightning damage!
This place is just absurd... Oh damn, I skipped a bunch of other stuff that happened before we got there.
The plan for the mission is to travel west for two things, one was to investigate the paw prints of the cave and the other was to see if we could find the pulsestones that were lost in the storm. As we were making our way west we found two abandoned houses that looked like kobolds had recently been in. These houses weren't too far from our dome. Nothing really was discovered here besides a few diamond pulsestones and a possible hideout spot that could be used in the future. Kobolds and other creatures could also be using these houses to watch us as well... Oh did I also mention our protective shield was down...
We decided to head towards the Roc's nest to possibly find some of the pulsestones that were lost in the storm, but we got spotted by it and ambushed by a giant worm before we got there. Fortunately the Roc was more interested in the giant worm than us. We took that opportunity to fight another day. During the night we did notice the Roc fly over us holding some tree pieces with possibly one of the pulsestones that we are looking for. Haha the fight may come sooner than later.
Once we woke up we continued walking towards the cave with the paw prints and ran into an area with very large quicksand, which was expected... Now that I think about it, was that the same quicksand I got stuck in on our way to the dome? I have to pay more attention on the steps I take around here cause pretty soon I'll step into something I wont be able to get myself out of. Which leads me into the next area we found, and upside down mini forest.
Yes, things here grows upside down, the leaves fall towards the sky, the roots grow towards the sky; gravity itself is turned upside down. I've seen a decent amount of weird things in my youthful days but this is probably the strangest. This actually intrigued me in what else can be out here? That's when my answer was quickly answered by a FREAKING WALL PHASING, LIGHTNING STRIKING SABERTOOTH TIGERS... But a turn of events one of the party members where able to communicate with the tiger and we were able to come to some agreements. He asked us to feed the Roc some giant worms and he would give us some of the 100s of pulestones they were harboring. I still don't know if this is a good thing of a bad thing, but one thing I do know is that we need those pulsestones.
I am getting a bit tired but some of the other things we discovered on our way back where:
- a canyon
- an area where the floor was noticeably hard. (there's definitely something buried there)
