- A field of broken glass (see Plains of Glass) that stretches for several miles has been discovered east of the dome. The territory seems to be claimed by a patchwork group of humanoids- orcs, trolls, and gnolls have been seen so far in a single group. The Gnoll had red, firey markings on its fur.
- They claim to be led by once called the 'Ashlord' who is, in turn, working for the 'Sisters of Sora Kell'.
- The Ashlord's 2nd in command, Utta'kun (Orc Strategist/Fighter?) survived a battle with the PCs & told them they 'may be worthy of some work the Ashlord needs done' & to return to the edge of the area of glass & ask for him once a patrol finds them. As long as the group stayed on the edge & didn't enter the Ashlord's territory without permission they wouldn't be attacked. Spoke Orcish/Giant.

- A troll with a Byeshk club was guarding a bridge further south said to be 'entrance to Ashlord's Domain' named Rajju. See Rajju.
- Further east, the glass ended at a river of molten Obsidian & intense heat forcing exhaustion checks. A small keep of glass towers guarded by Gnolls was found, where Utta'kun greeted the party & told them the mission was to defeat '2 abnormal, 'deathmarked & shadowy' kobolds that were 10 leagues to the north give or take. Heading that direction, eventually an aura of rage-inducing 'Blood Fog' was discovered and strange, bloodless corpses. A lighthouse (in the middle of the desert) cut through the fog, strange beings of living, bloodsucking fog and giant bats attacking upon approach.
- Entering the lighthouse, the group found a dining hall with an Undead butler & conjured food & a magical voice speaking to them saying 'welcome guests, please sit and eat' and similar. In other rooms other undead (Zombies & Vampire Spawn) were found, as well as various puzzles that were solved (One by putting yourself in stocks) and a far-oversized heavy stone coffin. Some letters in Kobold were taken (not translated yet) & finally the group found a single pale, fanged kobold sitting alone in a lavish bedroom.
