The City of Bells

One of the earliest settlements following the Binding of Magic. It is said that when the gods issued their warning, the first Othumons embarked on a journey to wait out the end of the world, and rebuild in its ashes. 

Its territory consists of the city-state of Othumon and the surrounding settlements. Othuhmon holds a renowned repository of historic records and artifacts. Many historians and researchers make the journey to Othuhmon for a chance to glimpse these relics of the previous age.

Magic Policy

Othuhmon has very little contact with the outside world, save for what rumors are carried by travelers. It's said that anti-magic sentiment is strong, save for that of a divine nature.
