Aberrations

Outsider beings that access Averus through the Astral Plane. They possess warped forms and alien minds. Little is understood about their natures due to the danger they present. 

Aberrations are most common to The Underdark, leading to theories that the Underdark may be metaphysically close to the Astral Plane.
