Buffout is a performance-enhancing drug that boosts both Strength and Endurance, in addition to a health increase of 60 HP. After about ten minutes the chem wears off and 60 HP will be lost from the current total. With less than 60 health when it wears off, total health will be reduced to 1. Addiction can occur and can only be removed by a visit to a doctor, temporarily by taking more Buffout, or by taking Fixer. It carries a 10% addiction rate.
