Rank 1: You take no damage from falls and crashes. Groovy.

Rank 2: You do not suffer a penalty to Pilot checks for attacking. You do not suffer a to-hit penalty for attacking while in a moving vehicle. (Normally attacks made while driving suffer penalties to the Pilot Roll, [see the table pg. 38] and a flat -25 for to-hit rolls, no matter what type of weapon is used. It’s difficult to drive and shoot at the same time!)
