Staff are manually inputting your point expenditures whenever you tell them to. It would help us out if you could input these yourself. It's very easy and all you need to do is be able to edit a google spreadsheet. Here is how it works.
On your character page, scroll down to the link right below your character sheet to open it in Google Sheets. If you want to be able to edit, hit Request Access in the top right. (Tetra doesn't check her email as often as she checks Discord, so let her know you've done so!)
If you look at the tabs on the bottom, some are red and some are blue. You can edit blue tabs, but never edit red ones. For Points Spent, enter the number of points you're spending, not the score you want it to be. So to raise your IQ by 1, you'd put 20. It knows to add things of the same name together, so whenever you add points to something, you can just put it at the bottom of the list.
The modifiers tab is for things like talents or any racial numbers. After character creation, doing anything to this tab will probably be rare.
You're never required to edit spreadsheets, I can always put things in for you if it's not convenient.
