The Badger Den: Tenement Building

Located down in Lowertown, the Badger Den is the cheapest place to have your own place.  These single-room tenements come with a bed (which is probably smelly and stained) and a chest (provide your own lock).  It's got problems with mice, rats, and bedbugs, but there isn't a lot that can be done about that.
