He is very lawful and would rather see peace in the area. But, he listens to his Council, which currently involves the High Priest Alamnus, The Auditor Cadmere Relidius, The Elven Representative Lortraties, and Corvis GreatAxe.
The Castellan is tall, and keeps his head shaved. He is not a very good governor, but a decent enough soldier and architect. The Keep is his design and he will proudly explain it.
