Edgar Markov is one of the major vampire houses of Stensia. Him and Olivia Voldaren are believed to be the two major ruling parties. Edgar is also the first vampire who brought the vampirirc curse to the other vampire houses.
During a terrible famine in Stensia, Edgar, an alchemist made a deal with a demon for power and to survive the famine. In a secret ritual, Edgar brought this power to select other families and created the vampire race that dominates Stensia currently.
