Session 5: Welcome to Wittal

confessional cam:

Malateshis happy that his guard is coming down.

Feranis horrified by the undead. misses the nature. it's weird being human form all the time. he does enjoy murdering these creatures.

Gafilimorehas found renewed purpose now that he has killed the lich. he has a stronger pull to Torm but also less with how much undead is in this land. Not everyone is fully against undead. conflicted about some of the people he has met. how devout do I wanna be?

Harrick: meditates at the start of each day. He hopes that since we are not seeming to go home any time soon, hopes those of the devout can can shelve some of their dogma in the interest in able to walk the path in front of us instead of shape us. Hopeful that everyone can take what comes on the road they are on

Daisy: trying to stay upbeat. Starting to feel lonely. Misses Unknown. Glad I can keep him close to me even if I cannot talk to him. Having really bad dream making it hard to be positive. thrilled to use the new power. Shil me a bit about Geralf Cecani. Shil and Geralf Cecani are vibing. hoping that he is not bothering Unknown. 1. Daisygets bacon.
2. Malatesh mediates then comes over.

1. Tomshows up again and asks if everyone went to his town.
2. Daisygives him a gold and tells him to get toys. he is thrilled. he loves Daisyand Harrick.
3. Malateshdoes Feng shui.

1. Daisyand Gafilimorefind water and hay barrels on the wagon.
2. Tomis in one of the barrel on the wagon. Daisylies and says it just water

On the way to Wittal:

1. Gafilimorewants to talk to Sorin. Daisythrows the stone over.
2. "Avacynseems undead" on our way to werewolves. how are you?

1. Malateshasks if anyone wants to identify his ring from Lily "Liliana" Vess. but no luck

Wittal:

1. We meet Harbin the interim mayor. The party asks him questions and learns of Giselle who is missing as of last month.
2. Sleve Mcwas the previous mayor. the stress got to him. Moved with his son named Tomto the High City of Thraben.

1. The party questions Harbin around the Sionaona statue. Mentions werewolves, gets townspeople very upset and nervous.
2. Harrickcalm emotions.

1. Daisywoos Harbin and invites everyone to the tavern.
2. Roselina the barmaid.

Tavern time:

1. Malateshasks about the woods.
2. Daisynotices that one lady is listening to their conversation.
3. 'used to attack us 10 years. less now. but children lost in the forest every once in a while.'
4. Rosalina loves Gafilimore.

Checking on the cart

1. Harrickand Daisyleave the tavern to 'check on the horses'
2. Daisygoes to the cart to see how the horses react to the forest.
3. they aren't fully alarmed but they don't like the forest

1. Daisypeeks in on Tomwho asks if they are at Wittal and if they've found Henryor Sylvie
2. He used to met up with the two of them a lot at the shrine. He can show Daisythe way.
3. Daisytells Tomthat he has to stay in cart. Daisygives Tom pocket bacon

1. Harricklooks for kids.
2. Finds 3 human children ages, 9,7,12
3. two boys and 1 girl. Sylvie!! Harry and George.

1. Sylvietalks about the shinre in forest. There is another statue there. It's a version of Sionaona, the towns savior.

1. Sylvietalks to Harrickand she askes to go to the forrest.
2. Harrickwants to bring everyone.
3. Daisyconfesses to Harrickabout Tom being in the wagon.

Tavern again:

1. Gafilimoreasks Harbin: we are willing to help you. if evil beasts around, we will kill it.
2. Harbin says he wants the werewolf dead.

1. Harbin is now drunk, talking about werewolf problems and how Sleve Mccouldn't handle all the stress and ran away, leaving him with all the problems.

1. Harbin and Malateshsorta make a deal for them to kill the werewolves
2. Gafilimoreis upset that Malateshasked for money for a reward. Malateshtells Gafilimorethat he wasn't really trying to get money from the drunk guy.
3. Feranis here to preserve life and keeping children alive is good.

1. Daisy notices the lady eavesdropping on them. sneakily Daisy'spills' a drink on lady
2. Daisy takes her to the restroom to help clean off the wine. looks at Harrickto confirm what is happening.
3. Lady introduces herself as Arlinn Kord and together they chat. werewolves. Arlinn Kordis a travelling Merchant who lives in the forest of Kessig.
4. Daisystarts fake crying and a very confused Arlinn Kordhas to comfort her.

1. Harbin drinks more beer and starts kinda passing out.
2. He doesn't really notice when Daisy bring Arlinn Kord back to their table.
3. The party discuss their new mission about werewolves.
4. Arlinn Kord is upset since Gafilimore mentioned killing all werewolves.
5. "not all werewolves are evil"
6. Arlinn Kord mention the werewolf tribe she deals with in the forest.
7. She is alarmed about this 'Henry' who has been talking to the children by the shrine.
8. The shrine is a very important symbol of Siona.

1. Arlinn Kord says she needs to leave but tells them to look at the burned house and ask villagers if they want more information on this villages past and Sionaona.
2. She will meet them in the morning by the shrine if they wish to go
3. Daisy gives bacon to her.
4. Arlinn Kord gives her the biggest hug and leaves.

1. Malatesh and Daisychat about this situation.
2. Harrick lets everyone knows that Daisy didn't share about tom
3. party friendship dissolving
4. Daisy is very upset.
5. Gafilimore is worried about the child

1. Rosalina visits and is annoyed that harbin offered everything on the house and now is drunk in the tavern.
2. the party offers to bring harbin home.

Closing time:

1. Sylvie is waiting outside.
2. The group starts arguing about Tom being stuck in a barrel again

1. Gafilimore and Malatesh bring the mayor home and see a bunch of stuff around.
2. Gafilimore find the history of Sionaona.
3. and letter from Sleve Mc about the stress from being their mayor

1. Harrick and Feran bring Sylvie for a surprise to the barrel.
2. she looks in and no one is there!!!

1. Sylvie gets a little nervous. It's a full moon tonight.
2. 'it;s not safe at night'
3. and now Tom is missing.
4. Sylvie doesn't think Tom would go to the forest at night.

1. Daisyfinds footprints to the right leading into the town and not to the forest.
2. group regathers to the burned building.
3. recent tracks. everyone enters the building. roll survival.
4. people take a few damage from the roof tiles.

1. Tom is happy to see everyone and thought he would be safe here.
2. Malatesh and Daisy scold him.
3. he cries and comes over.
4. Malatesh  and Daisy feel kinda bad and work on soften the scolding.

1. Tom and the group run to the inn after hearing wolf howls.
2. Sylvielost her parents a while back so Daisy gets a room with her and the kids.
3. Feran becomes a wolf and sleeps by the door.

1. Harrick casts the hut.
2. Daisy, Harrick and the kids can go into the hut. Feran and watches the door.
3. the kids love the special hut that Harrick made.

1. Gafilimoreand Malateshin a room then both at the bar.
2. Gafilimore and Malatesh bond again.
3. Malateshis worried that he is always makes the wrong decisions.
4. Gafilimore is questioning his own faith.
5. friendship!!!

7. and they toast.
8. back to the room after a very strong bonding moment.

Morning time:

1. everyone wakes up content.
2. Sylvie is so happy to have a family again.
3. Daisy is worried.
4. Harrick and Daisy are kinda parents now.
5. Daisy hangs back as the group heads downstairs

1. Tom is so happy Harrick is there.
2. Daisy is worried that she spent the night without nightmare.
3. everyone is eating.
4. Malatesh mentions orphans. Tom is shocked to learn that Slyvies mom never came back from the forest.
5. Malatesh doesn't understand the issue with being an orphan.
6. Pancakes! Tom wants pancakes. Daisy helps get pancakes.

Goal for the day: breakfast then shrine.

1. Juliet, one of the townspeople wonders about tom being here.

Burned House:

1. Daisy realizes that they never actually checked the burned house and goes back.
2. Slyvie almost gets hurt but Harrick casts shield.

1. Gafilimore oddly feels at peace in this area.
2. Daisy sees burnt feathers and doesn't understand.
3. Gafilimore does a religion check on the feathers. Senses the divine energy within the feathers.
4. Feran rolls a nature check but it doesn't seem like its a bird.
5. Gafilimore and Malatesth wonder about an angel.

1. The party asks the children about the burned house.
2. Tom: "Dad said it was okay. One night, he went inside in the middle of night and then the building caught fire.
3. I used to see Lady Siona around but she doesn't play with us anymore."
4. Gafilimore uses his Celestial divine sense. Lady Siona used to live here.
5. why did she burn down the house. did Sleve and lady Siona bang? (what a question *panic*)
6. Tom starts to shiver and shake as he remembers that night. "there were a lot of howls and burning and dad told me to leave."
7. daisy and slyvie calm him down. harrick uses calm emotions

1. malatesh tells tom about lightning bugs.
2. tom and slyvie want to go to the shrine.
3. daisy kicks malatesh in both shins. he takes damage.
4. malatesh tries to backhand her but harrick calms emotions causing him to just caress her cheek.
5. daisy is still pissed.
6. relationship changed.

1. Harrick says "we shouldn't bicker among ourselves. we need to go to the shrine in the woods."

Arlinn to the Rescue:

1. Arlinn peeks her head in and goes "everything okay in there?"
