Session 10: Don't Be Suspicious

While the rest of the party is preparing to B&E at Granny's House, Gafilimore prays to Torm. He is torn if he should adhere to Torm's teachings or follow his friends.




The moon is still full but no longer red as the party sneak over with Harrick granting the group eyes of night.




Noticing George guarding the front door, the party sneaks around the back of the house, peeking into windows until they settle on the kitchen window. As Feran turns into a spider and Daisy stealthily opens the window, Gafilimore makes it in time to watch this unfold.


Feran peeks in and see the open layout of the kitchen and living room. The fireplace is roaring but no one is around.


Daisy gets worried about the kids while Malatesh decides he wants to try a persuade George that he is worried for Granny.




Harrick and Daisy go to the kid house


Gafilimore and Malatesh go to the granny.


Feran in the house trying to hide in a corner.


Granny is waiting in her chair invisible.




Malatesh and Gafilimore make a show to George about their worries and George let them in just as Feran sees the chair by the fireplace start rocking.




Harrick and Daisy see Lady Si and Arlinn sleeping in the kids house. Daisy manages to stealth by and sees Donnie and Sylvie holding hands sleeping and Tom nearby. Everyone looks safe.


Harrick and Daisy quickly return to Granny's House with Harrick casting Invisibility as everyone is on high alert here!


Harrick sees the slight shimmer of the dome of protection over the villager.




Feran conjures a giant snake and Malatesh and Gafilimore enter the house, calling for Granny.


Granny rocks her rock and turns visible.


Feran send the snake at her and it wraps around her gently. She pets the snake and offers it food, inviting everyone to sit down and chat.


Gafilimore asks about her using the blood to cast the spell.




Daisy and Harrick make it back and peek in. They get very confused why everyone is just sitting there around the fireplace but decide that the rest of the party will be fine and return to their room where Harrick creates a Tiny Hut for them both to sleep in in Daisy's room.


They open the window in case they need to hear any screaming.


Daisy shows off her weasel friend who watches over the window.




Granny Nix is questioned by Gafilimore, Malatesh and Feran. She talks about how she trained in Nephalia a long time ago. Lyzolda being her old teacher.


Malatesh explains his want to control everything and master the ways of blood magic.


Granny explains that Lyzolda is the best chance at that and the ring that Lily gave him is the first step in the training process.


Malatesh puts the ring on and feels a prick, a little drop of blood rolling down his hand.




Blood and Fire were lyzolda's specialties. If the party wishes to find her, she will be somewhere in a volcano.


Malatesh wants to bring the knowledge of Blood magic to his home and learns that Lyzolda, Baba Wolufshka and the vampires would be the best bets.




Gafilimore and Malatesh like Granny more now. Malatesh still doesn't fully trust her but recognizes that she did save people.




The party sleeps.


During the night, Daisy wakes up and notices the door to her room open and close. She runs out and tries to catch whatever it is was. Sadly, catching nothing. She runs around the small town and runs into Granny in front of her house, petting George. Daisy asks if Granny saw anyone but everyone in the village is still sleeping.




Daisy returns and goes back to sleep for a little bit more.




The party wakes up with no more odd situations.


There is no food in this building so Harrick tries to make breakfast.


While the party tries to eat Harrick's creation, Arlinn slams in and offer the group some food!


The party is thrilled and makes it to the common room where breakfast is almost over being served but plates were set aside for the party.


Granny looks still old and tired but much better now.


There are some kids throwing scrambled eggs at each other and Malatesh gives them a really stern talking to. Harrick calm emotions.


Maltesh apologizes. The child is terrified.


Granny tells Gafilimore that she is interested in learning more about Torm and asks the party to stop by Lady Si and Granny before they leave the village.




Harrick gets an updates on what happened at Granny's house from Malatesh.

Daisy checks in on the kids to get them ready to leave.


Slyvie is really happy playing cat's cradle with Regina.


Daisy asks how they slept and Slyvie says that they were fine but another boy had a nightmare.


Slyvia and Daisy argue lightly over the kids going with the party or staying with Granny. Slyvie wants to stay.


Gafilimore has technically already offered the children to Granny.




Malatesh attunes to his ring.


Daisy tries to catch Tom and talk to him while Harrick and Gafilimore plot how to keep the kids at Granny's.


Tom and Daisy argue about the children's situation and Harrick has to cast calm emotions again. twice in 1 morning.




The group gets ready for their next adventure into the wilds of Kessig.
