After a long rest with Inquisitor Dee keeping watch, it's now about the middle of the night.
Daisy and Granny Nix have a conversation Granny Necklace . Granny Nix is worried about the earth shaking. Says it was not normal and felt of an old power. Potential cult connection.
Markov's Chosen starts discussing the cults they know and the connections that could exists between them. Was the Cult of Griselbrand wokring with the Werewolves of Malar?
Morkrog starts to mention something about cults and then suddenly poofs out.
Harrick casts sending to Morkrog. "morkrog, harrick here. we just met but we are going to sweep this with dee and work our way out. hope to see you soon"
Inquisitor Dee translates some of the papers that Daisy found by the magic circle. They spoke of the Cult of Griselbrand and their partnership with the Werewolves of Malar. Some pages spoke of Gisa Cecani and Geralf Cecani, nobles of Nephalia, and how they were once part of the Cult of Griselbrand but abandoned it to pursue their own interests somewhere.
The party finds a variety of items and a locked, trapped treasure room.

- 4)Who Leads this cell? Lambert Stromkirk (Inquisitor Dee recognizes that it was once a Vampire Noble. Stensia and moved to Nephalia for unknown reasons. Very strange and rare for a vampire house to leave Stensia. )

Morkrog is teleported to a volcanic cave full of bubbling lava and finds a stone crystal obelisk Black Crystal.
As the party is searching the room for the key to the treasure room, Morkrog reappears and mentions the Black Crystal and how his patron sometimes teleports him randomly for reasons. He reveals that he cannot take off helm and that someone speaks to him through the helm.
Inquisitor Dee is very excited about narrowing down the location of the Black Crystal
Inquisitor Dee communicates to Thalia in the corner of the room while the party tells Morkrog what they've found so far including the faint sleeping sounds in the room past the kitchen.
The party pushes the coffin open, slamming and waking up cultists.
They find the key and thick black liquid that Morkrog has his imp familiar drink a sip. The imp familiar screeches and the group sees the black liquid flowing through his veins along his arm. Morkrog unsummons him.
What is hopefully the last of the cultists in this cave ATTACK.
The party opens the Treasure Room:
Daisy gets 100 gold
Harrick gets 9 gems of various types (50g) each
Vorigan finds box but it's empty inside. shakes it and hears heavy items and fabric.
Morkrog finds a ring with a shield symbol on it.
The sessions ends with Inquisitor Dee about to share some of what Thalia has learned.
