Dusk Elves are a rare subset of elves that are now all but extinct. Strahd ordered the punishment of the Dusk Elves and Rahadin obliged by executing all the dusk elf women, effectively damning what was left of his own people to extinction. The Party was told the full story of The Dying of the Dusk Elves while at Glades River Encampment. There, the elves in the Region have a small village of hovels that shares the space with a large Vistani encampment. The dusk elves have since avoided all confrontation and calls to adventure, their cultural spirit crushed in the wake of such defeat and loss. Like most elves, Dusk Elves are lithe and slender in build, with angular features and long pointed ears. However, they have dark skin that ranges from a lighter grey color to a dark, charcoal black. They have black hair and tend to have matching dark eyes.
