The Raiders are a group of people trained in a series of abilities and knowledges to protect the Aironkru people, and explore the Zone around Metro. They have duties similar to soldiers, guards, explorers, and guides. They are few in number, but usually only the best among the populace have what it takes to be a Ranger.
They have strange metal breastpins, called badges, made of different metals by rank. This is one way to identify one another, and for people to know who are they. It is considered treason for a Ranger to lose their badge, and for anyone that is not a Ranger to wear a badge.
