The Anglo-American United Kingdom of Canada, Quebec, Columbia and Rupert's Land is led by Edward VIII, exiled King of Great Britain. Anglo-America (or just Canada) is the world's second largest nation and last bastion of the British monarchy. After being chased away by the British Army for their role in Britain's surrender and a decades-long campaign of republican education, the Windsor dynasty realised that their stay at Canada would have to be permanent. Canada acquired its current name as part of the Second Treaty of Versailles, during which The Republic of Great Britain persuaded the Windsors to sign the Treaty of Westminster, which formalises the transfer of royal sovereignty from Great Britain to Canada. Under their reign Anglo-America stands as a serious great power of the Cold War, perhaps the staunchest ally of The United States of America. It is the only country in the American continent to possess nuclear armaments aside from the US itself.
