The Pom Pom is a 40mm autocannon for anti-air use. It is essentially a supersized Maxim gun. The device was developed in WW1 and still serves in Oceanyka with little modifications. However, the introduction of proximity fuze shells has made the Pom Pom far deadlier than it used to be.
