The Gayundah-class is a type of ship first designed by the British colonial administration of Australia. However, the project was completed by the Cestlep secessionists, and the first ships of this class were commissioned as part of the short-lived Federal Navy. Following independence, Gayundah-class gunboats became ubiquitous throughout Oceanyka's coasts. Though severely outdated by modern standards, their versatility and ease of maintenance has left them a niche role as a low-cost multirole boat.
As a gunboat, the Gayundah-class must stick to the coasts to survive, though it can alternatively navigate Oceanyka's riverways.
