Church for the Salvation of Mankind

The CSM is a paramilitary, ultranationalist, ultramilitarist organisation opposing the efforts of the FSRD to cover up the existence of cryptids and anomalies, while promoting a full national mobilisation to destroy the anomalous threat. It coalesced from various right-wing secret societies which refused to align towards the rising federal organisation. They are religious devotees and highly apolitical, remaining true to their purpose. FSRD operations have begun against them due to the risk of an intelligence leak as happened in the CSM's first major operation, "Velvet Sunrise", which required major electronic warfare efforts to suppress. Their attempts to reveal the true nature of the land have been mostly suppressed by the Oceanykan Council, but the advent of the Internet and other forms of decentralised data sharing threaten the status quo.
